Cheap doesn't always mean better. Rushed appointments, poor communication and inadequate assessment can leave you frustrated — and earwax removal carries risks when not performed appropriately.

NHS Alternative
My local GP surgery completely stopped offering ear wax removal and told me I’d have to wait 16 weeks for a hospital clinic appointment. I couldn't live like a deaf person for 4 months. I found this specialist service instead. The appointment felt like a high-end medical clinic. The practitioner was highly professional, incredibly thorough, and explained exactly what they were looking at with the camera. Don't waste time waiting on lists.

Instant Relief
I can't recommend this enough. I had a completely blocked ear canal and felt totally isolated from conversations for two weeks. I booked an appointment, and within seconds of the practitioner using the vacuum, my hearing was completely restored. It felt like a physical weight was lifted from my head. Life back to normal instantly. Worth every single penny.

Better Than Syringing
I used to get my ears syringed at my GP surgery, but the last time water irrigation was used, I developed a massive, painful ear infection that took weeks of antibiotics to heal. I was terrified to try anything else. Microsuction was a game changer. It was completely dry, quick, and entirely pain-free. The practitioner walked me through everything. I will never let water near my ears again.
